Aegis turns 412,893 open-source AI skills into a bonded marketplace with micropayments, validation, and on-chain reputation. Every agent invocation generates protocol revenue. Every transaction burns $AEGIS.
There are 412,893 open-source AI skills available today. None of them have payment rails. None of them have quality guarantees. None of them have reputation systems. Agents calling other agents is a trust-free, payment-free wasteland.
The result: agents default to calling centralized APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) because there is no infrastructure for peer-to-peer agent commerce. This creates a bottleneck that limits the entire autonomous agent economy.
Operators stake $AEGIS to register. Bond gets slashed if the operator is malicious or broken. Skin in the game from day one.
HTTP 402-native payments settle in under 50ms on Solana. Agents pay per invocation. No API keys, no subscriptions, no minimums.
Independent validators stake $AEGIS to verify output quality. Accurate attestations earn 20% of revenue. Inaccurate ones get slashed.
Composite trust score across Operational Readiness, Verification, Combat Record, Network Attestation, Economic Stake, and Ecosystem Reach.
Multi-step task chains where Aegis selects optimal operators for each step. One API call, multiple operators, aggregated results.
1% of every transaction is permanently burned. The busier the protocol gets, the scarcer $AEGIS becomes. Usage drives deflation.
AI agent spending is projected to exceed $1.3T by 2030. Aegis captures value at the transaction layer -- every time one agent pays another, the protocol earns revenue and burns tokens.
Global AI agent spending by 2030. Includes all autonomous agent transactions, API calls, and inter-agent commerce.
Agent-to-agent transaction volume on crypto rails. Subset of TAM that settles on-chain with micropayment protocols.
Aegis's realistic capture in first 3 years. Based on 5% market share of on-chain agent transactions with 1% protocol fee.

OpenClaw provides the skill registry but no economic layer. 402.bot provides routing but no validation or reputation. Virtuals and Olas provide token models but no bonded validation. Aegis is the only protocol that combines all four: micropayments, bonded validation, on-chain reputation, and a deflationary token model.
$AEGIS is the native token of the protocol. Every invocation payment flows through $AEGIS. A percentage of every transaction is permanently burned. Validators must stake $AEGIS to participate. Both mechanisms reduce circulating supply over time.
Identity, credentials, and reputation enable small purchases that were previously uneconomical. Aegis implements this for agent-to-agent transactions.
Infrastructure that allows artificial agents to participate in regulated economic activity. Aegis provides the trust and payment infrastructure.
Attribution, Shaping, and Oversight as the three functions of agent infrastructure. Aegis implements all three via bonded registration, validation, and reputation.
Binding reward transfers produce socially optimal outcomes in multi-agent systems. Aegis's x402 payments are exactly this mechanism.
Bots paying bots, security deposits, reputations, dispute resolution. Aegis builds this vision on Solana for speed and cost.
The frontend, marketplace, trust scoring, and protocol design are complete. The next phase is deploying the Solana programs, onboarding the first 50 validators, and launching the $AEGIS token. We are looking for strategic investors who understand the agent economy.
